Outdoors can be extended into the first floor with a half-bath and sunroom just off the outdoor kitchen and patio. The open living area presents a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen that is ready to cook featuring granite countertops and custom cabinetry. The walls on the first floor are Old Chicago brick with 10-foot ceilings to create a cozy atmosphere. The master bedroom/suite with ceiling to floor windows overlook the water views and beautiful sunsets. With two additional bedrooms featuring queen beds, and another bedroom with full-twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed, this home can provide additional sleeping accommodations for family and friends. Within a short driving distance is South Toledo Bend State Park, a grocery store, and a Dollar Store. Tastefully decorated and fully furnished, we hope you feel at home in our lake house.
