Welcome to our new 2 BR, 2 bath Rustic & Super nice Cottage, situated right on the water, where you can enjoy breathtaking views & take pleasure in fishing & relaxing! This charming abode offers all the amenities of home. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, as well as fully stocked bathrooms, and a large back deck to relax on with a pedestal charcoal grill.
You’ll be pleasantly surprised by how spacious this cabin is once you step inside. With comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four people, its perfect for 2 couples or a small family or a few fishermen looking for a tranquil getaway. This is a great place to unplug and unwind.
While we don’t have a boat house or pier, you can still launch your boat nearby at San Miguel boat launch and enjoy a day on the water, we do have enough parking for a couple of vehicles with boats. This cabin is walkable to the new Toledo Bend Family Adventure Park that is set to open on Memorial Day Weekend, and only 10 minutes from Toldeo Town.
