“Bo” has been Licensed as an Agent by the state of Louisiana since 1993 and received Broker License in 1997. With over 26 years of experience and many changes to the lake area, the one thing that remains is a commitment to serving the Lake community with the best service in property transactions of purchasing or selling. “Bo” has been enjoying beautiful Toledo Bend since it was impounded in 1967. Career Highlights – Graduate of NSU (1964) – Started “Bo’s Marine” in 1972 in Natchitoches, LA selling Boats, Motors and repairs. Open for 17 years. – Professional Career as Angler in B.A.S.S. and other national Trails from 1974 till 2002 for 26 years. During this time qualified for 14 Bassmaster Classic World Championships winning in 1980. He became one of the most respected Anglers of his time period. – Real Estate Agent in Spring of 1993 and became Licensed Broker in 1997. – In 2000 Started Bo Dowden & Associates Real Estate to present. – In 2005, after a request to manage an owner’s property as a Weekend/Weekly rental property, a new business was started. Now our office manages over 40 properties for the owners of the Toledo Bend lake community.
